Takes screenshots on its own. I can't disable screen shot. I can turn it off but it always turns screenshots back on.
No 1 seems to know how to disable screen shots. It's difficult to use the camera because screenshots interferes.
The phone always messes up right when I need it.
This is not recommended for anyone.

also call your carrier customer service to trouble shoot registering.

Have had 3 of these phones. It takes screen shots on its own, will not send or receive messages unless I turn it off. I do not recommend.

Well this is cheap..Verizon version doesn't have FM Radio Tuner...disappointing :(
