my phone's screen becomes black while d call and it wont respond until i press the power key. first i tot the phone gt locked while calling bt nw i saw dat its a complaint... pls help me with this..... is it a complaint or nt? anybody else havng d same problm?

Hi guys,
I bought this mobile from ebay.in (cell-force.in). I registered with zune and windows live with us address only. When i connected to zune i saw, it got updated to 7392 version. After that Im not seeing any updates, I not able to update to mango :( :(
I tried disabling net connection and other procedures, still im not seeing any updates.
Please suggest me a way to get updated to mango.

It seems that once immensely helping community of gsmarena is scarce now..
Help guys...
1. I am unable to make calls from my phone (outgoing only). I have tried everything that can be done at my end( swapping SIM, phn etc) but no fortune..
Is it a fault in device or smthing else.
I bought it (on 2 oct), it worked fine till last night
2. somebody please tell me that what do u see in the 'Carrier' when u go to
Settings>>About..
mine shows AT&T Wireless..has it gone locked..??
Please assist guys.:-(

Just two more things, i came across few articles online where folks with focus are facing issues after using memory card.. also some guys have said that screen goes black during call n stays like that untill u press the power key ..did u face any of above issues..

WP7 is great does not hand at all (so far).
Mango is not available for Samsung focus v1.4 but for v1.3 is available (just to update there are 2 versions of phones v1.3 and v1.4, v1.3 is older one).
Phone's performance is great and with Mango update just around the corner i would say its a good buy.

Did you received the mango update yet, howz the battery life. Howz the phone performance when phone memory has been loaded by songs or large files. Do we have a concept of free apps in WP7 marketplace !!

mango is not available beca... moreI connected my phone to my PC with Zune started and started my phone and held the volume Up and camera key while pressing the power button. . . then Zune comes up with a same menu when you update only this time its roll back.

mango is not available because our phones have hardware version 1.4, mango is already out for v1.3 Samsung focus, we have to wait few more days to get mango update, because it is under testing now, but we will get it for sure,
