I had 16GB(8Gb phone 8GB card) total but after 8-9 months the card died and caused all types of hell. While 16GB might not be for music and movie lovers it okay with me.

Windows os does not support micro SD card storage. That is the reason why these phones do not have card slots. They also dont support LTE

maybe the reason why these devices don't have the card slot is the same reason why apple don't do it with their iphone. - the OS may be different but they both have the inability for memory card usage (for whatever reason)

windows mango best os in terms of speed and low resources usage when compared to android ,ios or even bada 2.0 beta whose web page scrolling speed is i think fastest of all. hope dual core and tegra 2 or upcoming 3 wiil be avialable in windows in near future

You do realize that every phone manufacturer that uses the Android OS applies their own UI. For example, Samsung applies TouchWiz UI. HTC applies the HTC Sense UI.
Please don't pretend you know about phones and such when you actually have no idea what you're talking about.

Love WinPhone, Mango is a good update, My Focus has been great, the Focus S looks awesome... WANT!

Most of the users who complain about Android being sluggish must have bought the mid range phones of the respective manufacturers. In my opinion obly yhe high rnd handsets can deliver a respectable performance. I've compared a galaxy ace with a galaxy s2 and its like they were made by different manufacturers. The ace is so sluggish and unusable at times but the s2 is really different. So if you really want the best experience from Android don't buy the mid range or at least make sure that the handset has a 1ghz processor for it to function fluidly.

Its the properties of the OS like fluid UI, ease of use, features, Apps support that makes it worse or better than others. Antroid clearly sucks in above areas e.g. poor and confusing UI, sluggish interface and apps containing virus plus frequent reboot due to unknown reasons and no stability makes it a worse smartphone OS than WP7 and iOS.

To the above post...I do not understand how any OS is BETTER or WORSE than another, they are each their own and will attract different people for different reasons.
However I am very excited to upgrade to this from my Focus. Can't wait!
