the battery life of this phone is really not so impressive. much like d600, drains in at most 2 days for me with 2 hours mp3 playing, occasional camera use, text, call etc. the shutter speed is slightly faster than d900 and d600.

is the memory card for this phone expandable and how is this phone compared to samsung i560?

Well guys you cannot compare the mobile camera to the real cameras and the clarity is depend how near your object is.

also can the ringer be heard in crowds as there are lot of complaints about it being not loud enough

So, with the last firmware is it still impossible to get a mp3 as a message tone ? And is the loudspeaker loud enough for mp3 player or ringtones (don't want to miss a call) ?

i have had this phone for about 3 months now the 1st two I had developed software issues where whenever somebody rang me it would reboot itself. guess 3rd time lucky i have had no issues since i think its a great phone and even tho i have had issues would still recommend it. On another note i have been told that the camera is only a 3mp as they have extended then lens they can call it a 5mp not sure if its 100% accurate but im not really bothered im happy with the quality and also mobile tracker is a great thing to have on the phone and working within the telecommunications industry and a repair centre we see 80% more nokia's in for repair than any samsung, especially the nokia (iv'e got major software issues) n95

hi, i was facing the same dilemma: choosing between k810i and samsung g600. i really wanted a good camera phone. the other night i finally decided to buy a g600. the reason why i chose g600 is because i hate the joystick in k810i though most people are saying that k810i take better pictures than g600. after almost 2 days of playing with the phone's features, especially its camera, i observed that the shots don't look good if viewed from the phone itself but once transferred to the computer, the pictures are actually great. a poster already had pointed this issue sometime ago in this forum and i had to agree with him, the pictures are better looking when they're in the computer. all in all, g600 is really a great phone and i didn't regret buying it. :-) the music player is very nice, the display is brilliant. the only minus side of this phone is really the quality of the pictures if viewed using the phone itself. but no phone is perfect. hope this helps!

It's true. I have samsung d900i and he become charging when i connect him with usb to pc. Same with d900, etc.
