to PANDITO: this phone defiantly has a TV Out feature, you will find this option in the display options of the the phone you can select PAL or NTSC, try carphone warehouse for a TV Out cable for the g600 they should stock them.

hi there samsung fans, got my samsung g600 yesterday an i must say im very impressed indeed, im actually writing this post from my g600, people who say this phone is rubbish dont know anything about phones, it may not have 3g but thats not a problem for me as i find 3g a waste of time, excellent 16million colour screen, an amazing 5mp camera, yeah it may not have xenon flash but it takes great pics during the day an also with the led flash, if you tinker around with the camera settings thats when you get the best results and amazing photos, also got to mention the excellent music player which is just as good or maybe slightly better than any s.e walkman phone, overall i give the g600 10 out of 10 an i say well done to samsung for giving us true samsung fans an amazing phone, p.s: this phone does have tv out i have to get a cable to try it tho.

Does this phone actuallly have a TV Out feature? I recently bought this phone for my dad for Christmas but there isn't a TV Out cable inside the Box, unlike my N95 and the mobile phone shops don't have a cable either! On the official Samsung website it also doesn't state that this phone has TV Out. Time to get my money back?

I wish the color of the phone was the same as shown on the picture in here. The one on retail seems to be a bit lighter. Or more on the greyish side.

You got to know . . for SE K850 . . when you take a pic . .there is a lag . .about 3 - 4 sec waiting time before your picture is registered into the phone . . not sure about Samsung . . hopefully dun have to wait . . .overall K850 is also quite thick . . as compare to Samsung . . and I find it difficult to pocket as look like as if I have a breast on my left shirt pocket . . hahaha . . . but overall I like the looks . . just hope SE could have make it slimmer . . . Samsung you got to be more careful about the top 3 buttons (1,2 & 3) . . .as I heard is quite difficult to press due to the slider for those with BIG fingers . . . ok opinion choice here . . I would go for Samsung . . .reason becos I think is slim enough to carry around . . .and is a slim 5 mega pix cam.

People who are whining about the camera.
It does not shoot at 5 mp standard. It supports more sizes than just 5 mp, you can change it to the size you want. Same for the video.
Just like a normal digicam. Your pictures save neatly at 300 k.

i actually loathe this phone. i got it on an upgrade thinking it was the best thing since sliced bread, but upon opening it up and getting it started the backlight was dodgy. then i got another one but it seems to be the same on that phone too. also, i thought the camera was good, but i was hugely mistaken. just because it has 5MP don't be fooled into thinking the camera is good! it has no brand [although i'd hope it was samsung as the phone is!] and to be honest, although it boasts many effects and amazing features, the picture quality is somewhat disappointing. i went to a gig and tried to record a video of the singer in action and it was poor quality, i was right at the front and you couldn't make out his face, or even him!

I love this phone.
Samsung has the best UI. I loved it in the E730 and I love it in this one.
The screen looks brilliant. The camera takes great pix and it has a pretty decent flash!
I love how user friendly it is!
The mp3 player works just fine, you can pause and ff if you like, np.
The only downside is the wheel, it's a bit loose (also at demo model) but if you treat your phone with some care (no throwing etc) you should be fine.
I recommend it!

I now have this phone since one week and i like it very much.
At first i had to get used to the sliding opening, but all features are great.
Like the sepia or relief opertunity of the camera and that you can easy change the size of a picture.
If you close the phone, the clock will disapear after a minute, so you don't see the clock always, but you just have to touch a side button en then the sceen ligts up.

I am purchasing one too soon, because of its unique features and interface which differentiate G600 from K850 and N95. Samsung phones also has a very good quality. Others are trying hard to make thier phones works like a personal pc in terms of interface and here where they go wrong. Samsung phones separate itself from PC and thier phones works like a phone with great feature of a phone. The camera of the phone (G600)itself is great knowing that it does not offer xenon flash and carl zies lenses. So imagine what is like when samsung will offer xenon flash like G800 or carl zies lens which I know they will not use on thier camera phones because samsung use Schneider-Kreuznach lens on all thier stand alone digital cameras. So I am excited to the samsung phones which offers Schneider-Kreuznach lenses.

people which wrote that review must been nokia fans cos if g600 takes picture on average level then n95 takes them deep under average,if some one will have chance take pict.from g600 and n95 and bring them to yuor pc then u'll see who's king, definitely not n95
