Has anyone else had trouble getting music from there pc to the g600? I have been tring all day but it gives me a erroe msg. every time I click move to phone .

YES THERE IS LOUD SPEAK FOR THE 100TH TIME!!
Theres only 4 tones to choose from for message tones. You CANNOT use Mp3 as your message tone.
The maximum amount of memory that this phone can take is a 2gb micro sd card.
You are limited to a certain amount of words that you can add to your dictionary while using predictive text (T9 mode). Before it starts overriding your old added words.

There is an option of privacy mode.
You can tick which boxes you want to have a password lock on them. For eg:
Messages, videos, images.
Or just lock the whole phone, which is great when friends want to check out your phone and get fustrated! :D

This is nearest to samsung d600 than d900.Good rigid mobile and good battery and mega screen.The browser on g600 is as good as it gets and is better than d600 type.I love the mp3 player as well as others and it just feels so solid in the hand.The camera is taking a bit of getting used to with all the options and its weird holding it sideways to take fotos and take vids,,the simpsons look so colourfull on the fullscreen mode.Video and voice clarity are top notch.It supports animated wallpapers and theme creator just lets you go wild with colour but be warned you have to practise else if you choose red backgraound and accidently choose red font it lokks like the txt has diappeared being the same colour..M y d900 and d600 out cables dont fit so why they bothered to desiogn yetanothersocket is stupid and no doubt to make yet more money and it seems like the other companys are doping the same

I did a non stop mp3 player music test set to classical mode and volume 12 and got 16.5 hrs playback if thats any guide.
Glytopis,, i have not had u600 so im no help for you but you could try u600 forum to see if anyones upgraded to g600 and given a comment

As I already have written about this G600 and U600... I really need help on what are the major problems with this phone. U600 has hella better look but then it doesn't look strong and I heard its pretty slow. But I am not sure if I should put 100 dollars more just on the G600 for the better Camera and its Mp3 player... Plz help me!! I need to decide and I really need a cell phone asap!! THNX!

ok,i cannot get earfones to answer call, only bluetooth headset but it must be possible..
To get the appostrophe this is the solution
In mssge after typing in number you move to the box to enter ur mssge,,next hit options,,,then scroll to 6 input method ,,,then scroll to 8 symbols and their they all are,,go to box top right and press button 5 as this corresponds to the symbol in that box which is the apostrophe,,,its sounds complicated but once your used to it you just type away as normal its just practise altho it does seem long winded..
With reguards to answering the fone via supplied headfones there are call settings under settings menu with minute minder etc and any key answer options and maybe the answer lies their,i wish RAJESH from the d900 forum was on here he is the samsung wizzkid,,i might ask in that form but i dont think he has upgraded yet else he would be on this forum,,hes got codes hiden extras and most work for samsung to know so much.Samsung go out their way to introduce different extras in their fones wich others dont like wen writing text you can opt for quill pen writing and ugo functions and tracker feature plus help by pressing the volume key 4 times to send a messge to a preset number ,,other just carry on the norm without anything new altho lg are bringing in a few suprises like 120 frames per second video recording

ive had no freezing at all yet..
video recording stats
vga @ 15 frames per second
cif @30 frames per second
qvga @30 frames per second
qcif 15 frames per second for mms video
sub qcif 128 x 96 unknown
Also in vid mode you get flash,timer,white balance,effects,audio on/off,3 quality settings of normal, fine and superfine,shutter sound on/off,zoom sound,britness sound..
In camera mode you get all the above(except audio on/off)plus multi shot,mosaic shot and panaramic option,autofocus on/off and macro,frames,iso from auto to 800 and viewfinder mode with regular,indicater and guideline settings...
Both camera and camcorder have option to save to fone or memory card...
In applications you also have image editer and image stamp whatever that is..
On the idle display you can also have 2 digital clocks ,,one for your home region and the second for all major cities in world..
menu transitions is effective and works by when you switch pages the page can fade or slide or open like a door,,a high class fone in my opinion

i have had the g600 for 5 weeks now does anyone else have the same problem as me, when i use my phone sometimes it freezes for 30 seconds cant do anything, then it just starts working again.has anyone else had that problem.
