Samsung phones are generally very good especially their design. A major drawback though is they can't receive business cards from other non-samsung phones. Quite anoying

**61*901*11*30# send
This will set it to 02's maximum of 30 seconds ringtime. Only other thing you could do would be deactivate your voicemail - 1760 send

i love this phone, got it the other day, it is big but stylish! excellent, no problems so far. I have it on o2, does any one know if you can exend the time that it rings 4, when i receive a call at the moment, by the time i have gotten to it its stoppen ringing!

just won't udrstd why ppl comparing so much. da main point is, compare with another phone of the same capabilities. not all ppl require the same functions. honest opinion, da optical zoom is attractive. bt kinda bulky

H.264 playback and H.263 means MP4 and 3gp format.it does not have any GPS for google maps and again it is great.Much more than a handset.

does anyone know if this phone has gpsor any other real time navigational software on it? i downloaded google maps on it, but it just gives you directions, no real time location or anything...can anyone help?

I got this phone about 2 weeks ago and i really like it... i used to have the Samsung D900..i have a few questions tho
1)Does anyone know how to get rid of the operator logo, you were able to have optional text on my last phone.Don't know ho to do it on this phone.
2)When i add the anti-shake option on the camera it turns off after every photo i take, is there a way to keep it on permanantly.
3)Does anyone know if there is a way to get a preview icon on the videos, coz i don't get them and its annoying because i have to name them all.
If anyone can help it'll be great!

I have two questions.
Where is the microphone when you use the camcorder(because when you're on a concert the sound can maybe to loud).
And why does taking a picture take so long,always when i photgraph someones face,its is a moved picture,because it are maybe 2 seconds to take a picture.

Hey everyone! I'm considering a purchase of this phone. can somebody give the pros and cons! the reviews don't really help me as different websites have different opinions. In gsmarena.com the speakerphone loudness is 'good' whilein mobilereview.com they say its on par with walkman phones.
Three simple questions i would specially like to ask:
1.Can we view photos in landscape mode?
2.Is the memory card reading very slow? Please give a quantitative answer as to what time it takes to read a memory card?
3.Can we talk on phone with the slide closed (like in other recent samsung sliders?)
