Members what's wrong with you? There are many models of Samsung Galaxy smartphones. - entry levels, midrange and flagships. Sorry to use this term: "A beggar has no choice." The depth of your pocket will determine the phone you can afford. If you managea Galaxy A02s, bear with the specs of that phone and stop dreaming about the specs of an A55, M50 or even S21 in an A02. You're not more technical than the phone manufacturer. He knows what he's doing and has laid down different options for their customers to choose from. Your pocket will give you the limit.

1GB RAM in 2021 is insane, even 2024

Got one a couple black Fridays ago. The biggest reason I keep it, because it's one of my few phones that I can't unlock. It's a Verizon version that had a ransom where you have to put service on it to work. I turned the phone into a modern iPod touch to use mostly at home. My mother has the same phone so it makes it easy to help her with it. The battery life on it is amazing for the price.

I had this phone, and it was arguably the worst phone i have ever owned, and i've had a few duds before. This phone was soooooooo laggy and slow even after just a few months of use, and the screen constantly went wonky, like it had a mind of its own, then the phone decided to just up and randomly die on me completely one day for no reason. So glad i no longer have this pile of junk.

Debloating isn't necessary though because custom ROMS exist for that reason. Drivers are needed for 5 or more year old phones, so that's wrong. And why do you need to undervolt a snapdragon 450 bro xD, gaming is near impossible on all android versions with this god forsaken snapdragon chip. just get a flagship killer for $200 more.

It’s a laggy phone but it does get the job done, from what I’ve tested it is waterproof, again, of course, it isn’t a great phone but it is a phone that can call, text and sometimes use social media or play music. Although, after playing music for after 1-3 hours it gets warm and slow. The battery will last a bit more than a day with regular use (about 16 hours from my experience). I bought it brand new and out the box it was pretty laggy and it took about a week or two to get it to slow the lagging down. It of course is still VERY laggy, but not as much as it was out the box. What I did to slow the lagging down was I removed most bloating apps and changed the home launcher to a 3rd party one, I’m not sure if that truly helped but it did seem to help for me. It’s not a bad phone for $70-100.

Then flash latest openGL and Vulkan drivers. Debloating is necessary for low-end phones as well, so do that. Sadly, no overclocking/undervolting.

You can't shut it off or stop it when this happens which is getting more frequent. Totally unusable. If you holding it you can feel it jumping around, feels like it's the battery. Totally unusable while this is going on. Worst phone ever.

downgrade the software to A10, install root AOSP ROM then debloat via root. you can OC the hardware as well. It makes a HUMONGOUS DIFFERENCE.

I had this phone from March 22, 2022 up until April of 2023, it was alright and got the job done but games barely ran, I'd recommend this for maybe a first phone but it's not that good otherwise, I'd recommend getting something at least a bit better. The first bit of physical damage to the phone I will admit was my fault, I chucked it at a table and it was literally bent, the screen didn't crack, the phone itself was just bent slightly, but it was so minor that I didn't even notice it until I set it down and noticed it didn't lay flat. A few months later, I dropped it (I had only dropped it a couple times since it bent and they were all very short drops) and the screen broke, which wasn't that big of a deal, but over the course of the next week it slowly got way worse, one day I woke up, turned the phone on and noticed some spots on the screen had a yellow-ish tint which I thought was odd but continued, and then later the same day, I dropped it again and when I picked it up there were a few dead pixels but then it slowly got worse until the phone was no longer useable. It still technically powers up but the screen is unuseable.
