The A05s can be updated to to One UI 6 (Not Core) now with the the latest update. Although the setting to change motion smoothness is now available, you can't enable dynamic refresh rate for some reason and its locked in the standard setting.

I have tried the Developer menu and it works like that.

For those wondering about the 90hz refresh rate of a05s, it's locked at 90hz and there's no available option for us to change it to 60hz
But you can turn on the developer option and show the refresh rate, you can see the 90hz is working

A few days ago, I decided to buy A05s because of its good mid-range SnapDragon chipset, especially with its 90hz display but now as I'm reading all the other comments below here, seems like they are not 90hz. Can someone tell me honestly how smooth its display is, 60 or 90? (talking about A05s, not A05) Please reply

Blank , 10 Feb 2024I recently purchased a Samsung galaxy A05s only to find out... moreYou definitely have the a05 and not the a05s. My parents has it and I can tell you that is 90hz and enabled. Your complaining about something you don't even have knowledge of. And asking too much for a low end device.

I recently purchased a Samsung galaxy A05s only to find out that there's no way to enable the 90hz refresh rate and its stuck at 60hz. It's amazing how a big company like this able to get away from something like this.
