now I am the local phone Technicon and I have removed the battery out of an a12, and it is very easy to remove the battery. first remove every component then heat the screen and take it out slowly.

    I bought mine in Indonesia for IDR 2 million (+/- USD 135) in February 2023... got the 6gb ram with 128gb memory. Got updated straightaway to Android 13 with One UI 5.0 and just recently to 5.1 with March security patch. Good phone for daily normal usage...

      recently I updated android version this phone. now any call is coming , some times ring is coming but on screen is not showing anything. even off the Data also. as may be its WhatsApp call. but phone is continue ringing. on Flight mode also. after restart the phone its working normal. & caller name is showing on screen.. pls help me what will be the cause for it. its Frustating !!

        I liked this smartphone a lot. It is Awesome 👌 Powerful and Fast. I suggest to go for 6Gb Ram &128Gb variant for better performance.
