Although the device works ok it does have glitches. When in whatsapp I often cannot type replies because the keyboard doesn't appear. Sometimes, after a long wait and much fiddling it does show up, but other times I have to close the app and start it up again. Don't think the problem is with the app? But, I'll definitely not recommend this phone.

        This phone sucks its buggy it crashes opening whatsapp sucks for gaming AND 32 BITS FOR A PHONE FROM THE YEAR 2022-2023. Im using it for a year and from ALL the phones i used this is truly the worst

                Example: The Helio X30, even though it's a 10 core processor, is on par with the Snapdragon 665, an 8 Core processor. because they use similar clocks and architectures, and The X30's GPU is worse than The 660's.

                  Anonymous, 10 Sep 2023It is an 8 core cpu so it's not an excuse not to use 6... more8 core doesn't mean anything. The A13 uses an Exynos 850 which has all A55 cores, these are low-end CPUs. basically if a dual-core Celeron was in a phone it would be faster

                          The phone is very good and l love it but too expensive for me am using ao1 l think l will go for a lesser ones , still searching for a very less Samsung to used my phone is old enough to get new ones

                              Okay, this phone is honestly pretty good, no idea why people here hate it so much. I do find it obnoxious that Samsung sells it with a 32 Bit OS- like they could at least sell the phone with 64 bit for a bit more and still be able to profit from it... but yeah, this phone is mostly fine for everything social media related, and even some gaming.
                              Battery life is great too, damn.
