Samsung Galaxy A15 5G's full specs surface

The Samsung Galaxy A15 is expected to go official in Q1 2024. It's rumored to launch in 4G and 5G versions in Europe, with the former spotted on Geekbench with the Helio G99 SoC. Now, specifications of the Galaxy A15 5G have surfaced, including the Dimensity 6100+ SoC, Android 13, and 4GB/6GB RAM.

The source also claims the Galaxy A15 5G will pack a 6.5" FullHD+ 90Hz screen. Previous rumors claimed the Galaxy A15 would come with a 6.4" OLED display but didn't mention if it's the 4G or 5G model.

The Samsung Galaxy A15 5G's 50MP primary camera will have 10x zoom, and it will be joined by 5MP and 2MP units. For selfies and video calls, it will have a 13MP camera on the front.

The smartphone will have up to 128GB storage onboard, with the option to expand it by up to 1TB. It will have a 5,000 mAh battery under the hood with 25W charging support. The smartphone will also feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometric authentication.

The source claims the Galaxy A15 5G will come in blue and black colors and cost $149 in the US. A previous rumor claimed it would be priced around €250 in Europe.

There's no word from Samsung about the Galaxy A15's 4G and 5G variants, so it's best to wait for these rumors and leaks to be corroborated by multiple reliable sources before considering them final.

What an overblown opinion. I would have believe it, if it is some very low end phone with quadcore SoC from mediatek with a random naming, like Samsung A02 or core phones and phone with android go.

A14 don't come with 5G and the phone don't worth the over hyped given to it all, buy phone and still be looking for money to buy Charger head.....

Samsung ought to be giving us value for our money in these A series smartphones. A14 & A15 have 5g versions while the more expensive A24 has only 4g version. Also, these phones are sluggish; a 90hz refresh rate feels like a 60hz. They should do ...
