I have to correct myself! I bought the A17 5G a few days ago, and it’s actually a pretty decent device. Obviously, it’s not worth the full price, but if you can get it for around 150 euros instead of the crazy launch price, it’s quite usable and even feels somewhat premium :) Also, if you’re not into mobile gaming like me, 4 GB of RAM is the sure minimum, but it’s not a real limitation.

These low end phones are decent, especially as a backup or for kids. They do what they need to do. If it breaks, it didn´t cost you iphone money. More and more people these days are not spending less on phones and realizing a decent phone will last 3 years or more if taken care of. In my business, the lower & mid range androids are selling more nowadays.

I bought this Mobile (8-256) on 22 September 2025, since then I'm facing an issue with camera, it's freezing oftenly while capturing videos and photos.. even at 50 to 55 second video recording auto stopped and camera auto closed without saving video. At 50 m camera, quality is not so good.

Since you're so convinced that I'm pretending to be someone (who?) and that I apparently can't keep track of such a thing let me spell things out for you:
1. It's a budget phone and like most budget phones is going to suck ass but that doesn't justify it's somewhat expensive price
2. I don't like OEMs (excluding chinese phones) removing head phone jacks and SD Card slots but almost everyone is doing the same so you're better off finding a work around
3. The location (Vcx, %ep etc) so far as I can tell seems to be ip address based instead of gps based so your logic of assuming me using multiple identies is pretty flawed.
I don't know why I'm bothering to type this since your response is probably just going to be "hurrr durrr this Samsung shill is defending Samsung and now he isn't cos he can't keep track of his identities lol" type comment but make of this comment what you will although given your reading comprehension (or lack thereof) I'm sure you'll come up with something to falsely accuse me of for your own entertainment.

I looked back at the comments and one person asked why this doesn't have a headphone jack and it's true. They've had it before, so what's Samsung's excuse? Next thing to go will likely be the expandable storage, keep the mid Exynos chip or even worse, swap it for trashy Mediatek, and someone here will defend it. Then vCX makes a post saying exactly this: "Why do people here have such a massive hard on for headphone jacks?" Rage bait + trolling. Then they get a reply that reverse trolls them then EP%, again, replies to that comment and confirms that it's basically them by replying to a post that wasn't addressed to them then defends the lack of 3.5mm and trolling with "just get the adapter bro". I don't think this dude can even keep track of he who pretends to be anymore or what they're saying lol.

I'll admit you're inability to tell the difference between someone pointing out a low end device is going to bad and someone defending a company is pretty humorous. Quick FYI for everyone: the amount of people who defending companies (excluding apple) is few and far between, the people who do get accused of defending companies are usually trolls like this guy who deliberately misrepresent people's comments for his own entertainment.

The phone sucks but complaining about it here does nothing and you're better off voicing concerns to Samsung directly, also I fail to see how telling people a budget phone sucks makes myself or anyone a "shill"
