    Very happy with this phone. Fast, great big screen and good cameras. Very loud speaker. And radio too. Call recorder also. One Ui is very easy to use. Even if they look the same, much better than the 4G version. For 270 euros here in Thailand, best cheap Samsung you can get. Charger in the box but no headset. Love it. Happy i did not buy one of thoses chinese phones you want to change after a few days...

Uses the 3.5mm headphone as an antenna. It won't work if wired headphones are not plugged in. Being a fan of offline radio to keep track of happenings while lurking among the bush hunting with an air rifle, the A23 5G is a good companion.

            Got one recently via Home Credit from Graphics Cagayan de Oro Cify, Ph. Its an upgrade to my 3-year A30 4G LTE (which is still a Mobile Legend gaming platform by my teenage son). As advertised, the 5G version is way better crunching apps for my line of work as GIS practitioner and extension worker with a price that does not break the bank. The Galaxy A23 5g gets the work done without a hiccup. Its the 6/128G version and I would not let the ML player get his hand on this high tech multitool or I'll be forced to revert back to my trusty A30.

                    Why they making big display phones? It's also waste of resources of the planet.
                    Ex - now phones are comes with above 6.5 inch. Earlier phone are comes with 5.0 inch (4.5 inch display also people used). If the phone makers reduce the size for 5.0 inch then they can make more quantity.
                    Why phone companies are not using the recycles parts (like acer laptop using recycled parts for backed cover) even they can reduce the cost.

                    Galaxy A series phones display size 5.0 inch to 5.5 inch.

                    Galaxy M series phones display size 5.5 to 6.0 inch with huge battery.

                    Why there is no R&D for battery. Ex - with single charge phone can use upto 5 days instead of 100w - 200w charger (This is energy waste).

                    People those who wants big display then they can buy tab instead of phone.

                              There might also be a MediaTek MT6833 version of this phone. O2 UK lists the MediaTek SoC rather than the expected Qualcomm Snapdragon. I'm unsure whether this is an error as the standard A23 (4G) has the MT6833.
