Samsung Galaxy A24 in for review

We got our hands on the new Samsung Galaxy A24 so let's do an unboxing. Like the rest of Samsung's lineup of midrangers, the A24 comes with naught but a cable in its box.

The Galaxy A24 packs a decent punch for its very reasonable price - upfront, there's a 6.5-inch 90Hz Super AMOLED panel of 1080p resolution, inside there's a 6nm MediaTek Helio G99 with 4GB, 6GB or 8GB of RAM, as well as a 5,000mAh battery with 25W charging (but you'd need to source the charger).

The phone is made of plastic and is reasonably weighty at 195g. That weight makes the phone feel solidly put together. However, our unit has a very clacky power button. It may not be an issue but just the way they are, it's noticeable to a seasoned phone handler.

The display has the typical AMOLED deep contrast and punchy output. It struggles under very strong light, however.

Our unit is the Lime Green, and similarly to the Galaxy A34 has a youthful look to it.

The Galaxy A24 epitomizes the Galaxy design language with a minimalist front and back, only interrupted by the cameras. It works for the Galaxy S23 Ultra, so it should work for the A24.

We've started our Galaxy A24 review and will publish it next week - stick around!

its internal stotage is 128GB with 8GB RAM

All companies give default responses for all issues, even Sony. Sony is not even up there on sales anymore. One of the lowest next to Lenovo (Motorola).
