A2 battery is 13% smaller than Redmi but still it can provide backup of 3 days because of Mali T830 which is though capable of 401 ppi, yet using only 220 ppi in A2 Core.
Heating & Performance wise, 14nm octa core 16gn of A2 Core is better the. Redmi's 28nm quad core 8GB.
Redmi 8MP camera has an aperture of 2.0, where as A2 core has 1.9

Bought one in Kenya recently. Battery is non-removable and goes for more than 3 days on average usage. I like it so far (5 days)

There should be a global version with same screen size but a more contemporary aspect ratio of 18:9 and higher screen to body ratio- kind of like Sony Xperia XZ2 compact in terms of footprint.
