Solution: leave the phone to switch itself off and charge it after sometime charging, then switch it on do not use it whilst on the charger.

Have had it for a year. Of late, it drains the battery so fast when it reaches 50% that it can shut down in 5 minutes or battery reads 1%. I addition, it sometimes freezes and goes into download mode.
Terribly disappointed.

this is not fake btw.
This is the best phone I had so far the only problem is when you play games it can crash very easily. I recommend it but keep in mind its not so great of a gaming phone

My wife got MTN SAMSUNG GALAXY A2CORE as a present from South Africa but is not going on line with Netone SIM which can not be detected in Zimbabwe how can she resolve the problem because it's asking forMTN SIM CARD

It's not the worst phone in the world, it just doesn't have much like the other phones today
Good battery, Process fast and do not overheat.

Sam, 30 Apr 2021well all i'm gon have to say is "this phone is d... moreIt is the most awful phone I ever bought in my life I thought it was an upgrade but I just went down I think my old phones were better than this 'thing' called a phone. Mobicels are better than this phone , I promise that I will never by this phone or even recommend it to anyone because it's a waste of time and money.
1.My phone just switches off while on and I have to switch it on again in another way not the on/off button
2.It started doing this after 2months I bought the phone
3.It does this but there is enough space
4.It freezes then when I switch it on it doesn't switch on then I have to switch it on in another way again
5.When it falls from a short space it switches off then shows a blue screen then switches on again
Guys you made the worst PHONE in the history of phones , this PHONE is a disgrace and an embarrassment to the SAMSUNG name.
Please fix this because I hate writing awful things about phones as I love phones.
