Hi,The samsung a2 ringtone is much too low.there ara no clear instructions on how to get a louder ringtone.i have it at maximum in settings.still too low .you can never acces manual for the a2,it simply will not go there.i will think twice before getting samsung again.

hi i bought A 2core dual sim Samsung phone in August 2020 . it been good to me until last week Thursday afternoon.sim 1 MTN which am fine with it then sim 2 it my own sim card iv been using it for past three months then last week it stop working it lock sim 2. it only sim 1 which is MTN that i can us.

My Samsung A2 core dual sim been giving me problems for the past few days, was told that Sim1 it's MTN only then Sim2 it can be any other network. Everything has been fine using my two different sim as I was told now it doesn't accept other network on Sim2 it kept on saying Sim not supported I've tried different sim card from different network still the same. It only accept MTN on both Sim1 and Sim2 please help😬
