According to gsmarena proprietary battery endurance test this phone has lower endurance than the a53 which has bigger 120hz display and every thing else is the same

It has everything you need and I don't think you can tell the difference between a 90-120Hz refresh rate on a small screen. These are all market tricks (to me). Until yesterday we only had 60Hz and everything was so smooth and good and oh my God the beloved 60Hz. . .
Don't by Xiaomi because they have overall problem (for me) with the virtual proxy sensor for all models since they use it instead of the real Proxy senor.
So, this phone have my positive mark for buying but You must decide!

So... moreHere we go, another dude that spews lies out of nowhere and lacks proof. As a Samsung user (using A73 currently), I do experience better optimization with each update received from Samsung and the same goes for my family members who are using older Samsung devices. Since there are no major issues regarding the lack of optimization on Samsung devices all around the internet or on social media, no one would believe your statement if they did some research about it.
Xiaomi is in fact the one that falls behind in terms of software. Not only there are ads in it, but also bugs. Although most ads can be disabled, not all since during the time I'm using Mi 11 Lite 4G, ads jump out even though I clearly disabled it. Not to mention all those stutters and lags are annoying. Another thing when people enjoy longer software support is that it also provides updates on security, not everyone prioritizes hardware more than software.
Anyway, you have your own freedom to choose what device you'll get so just follow it. I'm only here to correct your statement because it is obviously biased and lack of evidence.

Im really confused between the a33 and redmi note 11 pro 5g they are exactly the same price camere is not a deciding factor and I dont play games I only use it for social media, office apps some lite medical apps and sometimes I take selfies
I need to know which one is smoother and provides more reliable experience
The display on the redmi is more attractive but is it the same quality as the samsung a33 and if there is noticeable difference between the 120hz and 90hz
Please I need an honest opinion I tired of youtubers giving biased opinions or telling you to choose the one you like

Software update for 4 years isn't important even samsung not optimized the android os and updates according to cpu spec and other hardware spec. Even if they give 5 years or 10 years android os upgrade and updates for theie phone without optimization.
Samsung speaker isn't good for better soung quality. Even xiaomi note 11 speaker quality is good with low price phone.
Samsung not providing charger nowadays but xiaomi not like that.
Xiaomi using qualcomm cpu for better performance.
Xiaomi using FFS LCD, 144Hz, HDR10, Dolby Vision, 500 nits (typ), 650 nits (HBM) display but samsung ??.
Overall xiaomi is best phone for price and hardware solid.

Its more like a budget flagship with all essentials packed
