Have had this phone for around 2 weeks and heres pros and cons:
Pros:
Not laggy at all
Really good speakers
Comes in very cute colors(i have one in violet)
Camera is pretty good
Can run heavier games like genshin impact
Has a good amount of storage and ram
Surprisingly durable for a phone made of plastic
Cons:
Tends to overheat only after 90 min scrolling on social media and 30 minutes of gaming
Doesnt come with a charger
The notch looks ugly in my opinion but thats not really a con to be honest
Sometimes the speaker plays audio(especially just talking) very very quietly
Doesnt have a headphone jack
Otherwise its a great phone and its a BIG upgrade for me from my a21s to this
I really recommend this phone, its pretty cheap and really good for the price

I Really regret updating to one ui 6 it ruined my phone after it was just perfect on one ui 5.1!! Well done samsung on ruining the experience.

I came from flagship and here is my opinions
1. Performance is okay not great not bad
2. Display is awesome on its price but notch is meh for me
3. Battery perfomance is awesome even after 5 months of using it
4. Builiding is average...the plastic back get scratch so easily despite of being jn protective case all the time
5. Camera is pretty average and me in low light...even night mode is prettt meh...selfie camera is average
6. I experienced some ghost touches when you awake the phone, shifting apps or on call

Hey there i'm going to get my galaxy a34 but when it's comes to choosing colour it's so confusing so can anyone suggest me which colour is awesome and looking cool ( in my view Awesome Silver is great and anyone tell me if i hold or touch the back cover will it shows a finger marks or not )

Fisan, 05 Mar 2024How is ur battery life - Use 60hz: I can confirm, 120hz does in fact consume almost 2x more battery
- Power saving: off, if it doesn't cause any issues (for me, it doesn't) - on, if it does (settings on: cpu speed 70%, decrease brightness by 10%, turn off 5g). You can use AOD, if you like it - no issues with that for me.
- Try switching to LTE-A instead of 5g - I heard 5g uses a lot of battery and can overheat the device. Personally, I didn't have a chance to test that, because 5g is not too developed in my country.
- Dark mode on (or at least try to turn it as scheduled, if it bothers you at day)
- Adaptive battery on (if it causes issues, wait it out and if any issues still persist, turn it off)
If none of it helps, you might have a defective unit.

I needed a new phone urgently, but if I didn't - I honestly would wait for the A35 and A55 to premiere, just so that the A34 prices could drop even if a bit.
What's funny though, is how reviewers on the internet are so spoiled about the notch on this phone. It's so small and combined with dark mode and wallpaper + AMOLED screen - it doesn't ever get in the way.
One thing to note though, just don't update to One UI 6.0, only update once for One UI 5.1 latest security patch and you will be fine. On the latest 5.1, the phone never lags with my usage (besides maybe startup at the beginning, but as usual - that's understandable).
Sure, it doesn't have a flagship chipset, but for everyday tasks you won't feel the difference and the phone never gets hot - just warm at best, but nothing too uncomfortable to hold. Battery is really long lasting after a few preferable tweaks in the settings. Although, CPU-Z says it has Li-Ion battery not Li-Po - like stated on GSMArena. Just so you know.
It has SD card slot. Doesn't have a headphone jack, but in return it has tunable stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos. And even if you need it, just get a USB-C dongle.
Basic photos and videos in good light will do just fine and it's great that it has 4k with stabilisation for what's supposed to be a "lower" midrange.
This phone is a proof that nowadays you don't need to overpay to get a good phone (just remember to look for good deals in your country). It's better to save the rest of the money for a better PC. Hopefully (with appropiate battery care) it will last me a long time.
