Guys, why this A34 not support for AV1 , h.265 , heif video and audio file format. But when I check the mediatek 1080 cpu website that they mention this 1080 cpu can run those file system.
I need to watch my online recorded class videos (I'm one of the software developer).

The camera software is very useful, OCR text from camera or from already taken photo, recognition of web links, mail, phone numbers, QR codes. Photo editing including notes.

Why they mixed parental control option with digital wellbeing?
Why they preinstalled unsupported apps with Android 14 , so every Android os upgrades they are going to install unsupported apps ?. What is the purpose to do this?.
This phone not support for h.265 and Av1 video codec. But Realme 10 pro+ supported.

Google map is not working with Android 14.
Phone heatup quickly when we charge the phone for 15 minutes.
One ui 6.0 home screen drop down menu is totally different from previous version. It's looks ugly.
What is Cat controls in Device controls (manage apps). I don't have any cats in my house and I have two dogs only.
Samsung please 🙏 don't disapointing us with your one ui service. We like simple and fast one ui version only.

Anonymous, 09 Dec 2023Hi bro, even samsung own app also have some issue (update a... moreYes, I also noticed. Somany unsupported apps are preinstalled with Android 14 , but those three apps are supported for galaxy A54 series phone.
Why 0.5GB ram capacity is dump with every Android OS upgrade. When I was use this phone with Android 13 the free ram capacity was 2.9 or 2.7GB. But with Android 14 the free ram capacity is 2.1 or 2.2GB. Even I didn't installed any additional apps or saved any files.
Google maps are not working at night time. Very difficult to calibrate the location. I was wasted 2 hours, to reach my destination.
Samsung please reduce the graphics animation for one ui 6 and above, instead of that improve the privacy and security.
Note : Samsung still we are using this phone with one ui 6.0 bugs , when you are going to release the update?.

This stupid phone is totally waste. So many apps are not working (Ex : google maps are showing different location).
Hey f****** samsung when you are going to release the bugs fixing updates. We can't wait until Feb 2024.
You are cheating no.01 company. We paid cash for your stupid f****** A34.
Don't think to cheat and spy our activities for next five years. This phone should work for next five years. We will monitor your each and every updates for this phone.
We already knows how you damage the phones with your fake security and performance updates. If it's happened again then we'll go to EU consumer court.

EU should take action against these cheating and spying company.
Cheating ways.
1. Installing not compatible apps and sell this phone A34 to consumers.
2. Not optimize the software according to the hardware, because samsung do not like to give the chance for us to use this phone for more than 2 years.
3. Not allowed the features according to the cpu spec (Ex: best cpu features are purposely blocked).
4. This cpu support bluetooth 5.2 version , but samsung advertised bluetooth version 5.3 in their website.
5. Blocking the google play store to get the latest version (Ex : A54 google play store version is differ from A34. Likewise A34 google playstore version is differ from A14).
6. Not giving other language options when they explain the samsung accounts privacy and policy details.
Spying ways
1. Always use the battery usage in unrestricted way for Digital wellbeing. Why they keeping parental control and digital wellbeing functions together. But battery function they separated from device care.
2. Deleted images and files are stored in hidden folder.
3. Releasing some third party marketing apps through quarterly seceurity updates.
4. Keeping images and sentences for a long time in clipboard that we are copied from another place.
5. Allowing others to get our phone numbers , phone model details and iemi numbers through about phone in settings option.
Note: EU should monitor the cheating and spying activities.
