Not only redmi note 12 is eligible for only 2 OS updates (just like the other redmis), it wasnt launched with the latest android (was launched with android 12), it would only be eligible for current android 13 then android 14 and then go find out how you can upgrade your android version (unless you feel lucky enough to use custom roms).
Galaxy A34, on the other hand despite quarterly support, would receive 4 android upgrades, not only that but the a34 was also launched with the latest android 13 on the box! Also not to mention the A34 has better IP resistance, and OneUI is generally preferable over any chinese android skin. Dont complain about your bloatware once you buy a chinese phone. Ignoring the no charger at the box, the a34 is still generally better in any way rather than the redmi note 12 (and how they were even named note if they dont even have built in stylus?)

When buttons are all on the right side and power button goes too low, you can't easily use a vent mount / clamp to secure the telephone on the car's dashboard.

This device is has two problem no charger in box and slow charging.
Still price per performance is good enough even with that two problem that i mentioned.
It's capable device after all.

The IP67 certification is in the middle class much better than the IP53
