Samsung Galaxy A36 appears in new listing ahead of launch
The Galaxy A36 is expected to arrive later this year as the logical successor to last year’s Galaxy A35 and it just bagged another key listing. The device was spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) regulatory page with the same SM-A366E/DS identifier.

In addition to the listing, Samsung Kazakhstan and Samsung Russia both listed the Galaxy A36 (SM-A366E/DS) support pages, signaling an imminent launch.

Galaxy A36 is expected to launch with an updated design featuring a unified camera island with three sensors as seen in renders from a few months ago.
Samsung Galaxy A36 (speculative renders)As per Geekbench, Galaxy A36 will be equipped with either the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 or the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 chipset. It will likely launch with One UI 7 on top of Android 15.
The upcoming Samsung midranger is rumored to feature a 50MP main shooter and an updated 12MP front-facing camera. We’ve also seen confirmation for 45W charging powering a 5,000 mAh cell.

Samsung would have used 7 gen 3 processor. But this company always use weaker or old processor if they use Snapdragon processor to make more profit. Pricing matters a lot

yeah looks like Samsung is not interested in their S serie anymore, probably because they can't compete with the chineses anymore. Midrange and low specs phones are only what is left for them now
