For me the camera is not working well. Weird gray/midnight blue effect on the camera even though there's no effects turned on. I'd rate the camera 3/10. Performance is great, but games that take lots of mobile data/performance are not good for the CPU. It took me 37 minutes for a simple force stop on my Roblox account, due to constant crashing on one game. I'd rate the power 2/10. Bad smartphone even for the price. DO NOT BUY!

Is this a dual sim or single sim?
The sim tray seems to only support one sim and macro SD card. However, the specs also mention 'Hybrid Sim'.
FYI, the Macro SD provision does not seem to support a second sim. Kindly advise if I need to purchase a different tray to support two sims.

Great phone, lasting battery, fast chipset.
One thing I don't like so much is brightness, my older phone (moto 5gs) has a lower brightness rating (nits) but is brighter in real life. So I don't know about that nits rating of this phone. Also sound is a bit cheapish, but i got use to it.
Got burn in after a year of 2, got my money back, no more replacements. 5 star for service.
Enjoyed the phone.

Awesome phone since the day I bought it. I had all my expectations set in the mid-lower end for this phone but it blew me away! Even now almost three years later it's still kicking. the Exynos 980 is very capable, rips through most games and daily tasks like a champ (I am a power user) and not to mention fast 5G. I'm going to be upgrading soon, but even if I couldn't, this phone as of now is still due for another year worth of android updates and one year of security updates (as of now, 9/2022) Samsung built a very capable, affordable 5G phone for the time.

Bought one on Ebay, but had to return it because it apparently didn't have "voLTE"...but did have 5G. Not quite sure how that works.

There should be a recall for this product because it's bad. Lots of glitches.
And the worst part is Samsung doesn't respond for it.
I'm literally at war with Samsung over the terrible customer service I got. No Samsung product is ever coming into my house again.
