hey... I am using Samsung Galaxy A5 for about six months... it was running really nice but something is wrong with the Sound now a days... actually the problem is with the Speaker.... when I connect the Headphones with the Mobile set, I can only hear from the receiver & my voice is not going through.... So i get the complaint from the other side that we can't hear you... kindly help me out here plz am too much worried about this problem.... and also tell me that is it the Hardware problem or with the software..... Thanx alot....

hey I am using this phone for almost 6 months. All features are very good.
But, recently, when operating whatsapp, the keyboard gets struck and not allowing to type fast. Can any one help.

i have updated my A5-duous to lollipop software, i dont fell any kind of difference between kit kat and lollipop, almost same.

Anonymous, 09 Oct 2015A5 using Smart Switch, not Kies anymore.Actually the lollipop update showed up in my A5 so I didn't use any software to update. I justs updated normally through my phone. But thanks for sharing smart switch. I will check it out.

Guys, the lollipop update is out. I've got the SM-A500F variant. Just open Samsung Kies3 and plugin your A5 duos.

Got OTA update to Lollipop 5.0.2 yesterday - my A500F DS is for UAE market, but used in Europe. Too early for reviews, but I noticed stock email is no longer crashing (was issue on KK, mail app would restart on its own after crash - resulting in battery drain).
