I thought the camera was crappy..washed out..bloory until someone showed me how to adjust the settings to take close photos or distant photos. It's a great camera

After update my phone A71 heat up and
today 11 april 2020 when I charged my phone from 0% to 31 % in switch off mode my phone again heat up...
Is it because of software update ???????

Anonymous, 10 Apr 2020does anybody here has similar problem with frequent discon... moreI don't have that problem. Check that your wifi router or wifi hotspot are not set to 'Auto off' when idle. Also check if they don't have slow internet or intermittent internet connectivity. Try to set them up to alternative wifi frequency. Also check if your A71 is on aggressive power saving mode. If disconnection problems persist, despite having no problems with your wifi source/hotspot, send your A71 over for repair or replacement.

My phone... moreI have the same issue for changing from super fast charge to fast charge and vise versa while charging.I don't know what is the reason but i raised that issue for samsung community and they gave me refrence number to go to approved samsung maintenance agency.i noticed that this problem not occured and super fast charging working perfect when the phone screen is off and if i put the mobile in maximum battery saving while charging.try it and inform me for any update regarding that issue

a71 owner, 09 Apr 2020i'm from indonesia and buy it only launch... after using it... moreMaybe the phone is too advanced or complicated for your needs. Just get a cheaper phone with lower security features.
Knox security in the A71 requires you to UNLOCK the phone before you can turn the phone off. That is to ensure the A71 if stolen, cannot be turned off or cannot be factory reset using the hardware keys (power and volume buttons).
Regarding the charger, I don't have the issue. Maybe you should update to the February 2020 security patch and try a 3rd party charger I mentioned in the previous posts. If still the same problem, have your A71 replaced or just return it and have it refunded. Buy another phone.

i'm from indonesia and buy it only launch... after using it for a few month, honestly i feel like a crap, the fast charger on my phone is broken, and the when pressing the power offon the device ,it just keep active... to tell you the truth .... i think i fool myself when buying this kind of phone with this price range.

Mohamad Daher, 09 Apr 2020Guys I've been watching reviews about the a71 since 2 month... moreIf you are only concerned about the camera, you can get less expensive phones with better camera setups than the A71.
However, if you are like me who tends to use their phones for almost everything and is into the entire phone features set and entire phone usability and versatility package, and not only concerned about a good camera in a phone, I'd say buy the A71. It's got so many features and capabilities even flagship phones costing more than twice the A71 don't have and can't ever provide. I've mentioned those features in my earlier posts in several previous pages so just search for them.
If you still have doubts about the A71, just buy it from a reputable seller with good return policy (preferably not online as it's always easier to return a phone and have it replaced when you can personally go to the seller to discuss your issues/complaints).

Well difference in this moment is 70euro cause A71 is on some big discount so prize between Xiaomi and A71 is pretty small difference. I can get A71 for 338euro tomorow.

1. Don't watch Netflix and other movies with DRM encoding (requires Widevine L1 Certification)
2. Don't care about having triple slots (2 sim slots + 1 dedicated micro sd slot; not hybrid slot)
3. You're OK with a lower processor that heats up and consumes more battery and has no custom ROM future.
4. Don't plan to have GCam with Night Sight installed/sideloaded and
5. Don't care about a faster charging time (25watts superfast charging.)
