am using this phone aroud a month. I noticed that the major problem in this phone is heating issue. samsung dont take attantion to solve this problem. Even htc update so software to decrease the heating issue in desire 820. But samsung doesnt any care of users. The second major problem in this phone is the poor bettery backup. It drains too fast. I charged my phone 3 times in a day. So what is the use of this beautiful craftmanship without the appropriate battery backup.
i totally dissapointed with a7 nd doesnot reccomend it to anyone.

Great phone. Those looking for premium dual sim phone go for A7.
I was using note 3 which is great. But needed a LTE enabled dual sim mobile.
No hang, smooth animations. Bit pricy..and gr8 style.
Battery is quite good. No LED notification.

The GSM Arena company should put a YouTube link in their website for every phone model for quick checking or if not they should upload some video clips of every phone model.

Super phone no heating issues fast charging it will charge within 1 hour from 10 to 100% just go for it no issues and worth to buy.

hi. i have been using samsung galaxy A7 for about a week. then i have problem on my A7 which it is easily heated up especially when at the evening. i dont know how. i try to format my phone but still it keeps heating up. or this is because the phone is made up of full metal so it heated up easily? before this, i used galaxy ace plus and there's nothing wrong about heating eventhough i downloaded many apps. guys pls answer my question. this problem is killing me right now.
