... moreHello. You need to confirm with Samsung store near your place which model use Exynos because I heard that different country use different chipset. I'm using model A800F which are Exynos version.
Does this phone lag ? I already own the phone about 2 weeks but use it for only 6-7 days like that. The phone in normal operation (browsing,video) is smooth and feels great but there is some small stutters if browsing heavy websites with lot of ads.
Good buy or not ? Only you can answer it. What you want in a phone ? Ask yourself and decides properly.
Here is my honest score for this phone
Display : 8.5/10 (I'm not a fan of AMOLED honestly. Display is amazing but I prefer IPS)
Design : 10/10 (That slimness doe ! The feel of the phone is also nice and premium)
Performance : 8/10 (No 10/10 because 2 GB RAM)
Battery : 10/10 (Wow.)
Camera : 7.5/10 (I want to give 8.5 but it need to take really steady hand to take good picture. Don't know if I get bad unit of camera or what but sometimes it frustrating. Quality is good but not S6 level.)
Speaker : 5/10 (Meh.)
Fingerprint sensor : 8/10 (Sometimes it doesnt recognise my finger at all. Bit annoying but when it works it really fastttt)
Also charging from 0-100 takes 2H30M.

This phone has network issue. The network disappeared like every two to three minutes of browsing, making or receiving calls. On both Sims.

I suggest you go check at shop near your place to confirm whether it is Snapdragon or Exynos

in the specifications, a800f has exynos and a800y has snapdragon. but some people say its vice versa. I am confused! so which of those models has exynos chipset? a800f or a800y?

Corning official website has confirmed that it has gorilla glass..4....but my phonegot alot of scratches.... by service centre guys.....now i m using tempered glass to hide them.....now samsung is loosing faith.....with in two month of using phone start wifi hanging problem..chipset is changed ......but service guys handled it badly......from india Lko

Had this phone for 3 months... as usual month 1 and 2 the phone was ok until it started disconnecting itself during calls after every 50 secs. very annoying even despite an update and has never fallen. Samsung is absolutely garbage. Phone not meeting its primary essence.

navid, 23 Nov 2015hello.please cpu exynus1800hz& 32bit or snapdragon1500... moreSir. You can google about those 2 CPU. I can say that Exynos is better than Snapdragon 615 in term of performance and less heat than snapdragon. The advantage for 615 as I know is only 64 bit. Exynos cpu also reportedly giving better battery life than snapdragon version of A8 ( Not saying this is true 100% )
Sorry if I write anything wrong. Please correct me for those who knows better.
