I have a big problem with my ace 4.And i just can't find the answer to my Question that imposes itself.i couldn't report the problem to samsung support team.
please could possibly anyone here help me figure this out.

i have an ace 4 Running kitkat 4.4.4 os.
when i turn on the phone it appears Samsung Ace 4.
But when i go to About phone and scroll down till phone's name It's named (SM-G316HU) which is S Duos 3 not ace 4.
When i log in to facebook from phone's browser There is an irea down there telling you to instal facebook to browse faster Instead of writing Instal facebook on your ace 4 and browse faster they write instal facebook on your SDous 3....
and i obviously compared my phone to my friend's ace 4 they are the same you can't separate them.
i'm head over hills confused what's this about ! is my phone clone or something goes wrong ?! can anyone answer me i will appreciate it and thanks in advance

when you turn on your phone, must appear SAMSUNG on display when it is a original phone, when it is a clon on the start display appears ANDROID
