Gaza, 21 Jun 2014Hi, i have exedently forgot my password to unlock my screen... moreboot into recovery and click factory reset........ how to boot into recovery: power key,home key,and volume up or power key and home button only....... then use the volume buttons to navigate up or down then select with power button or home key....... hope that helped

Recently started freezing showing a rectangular red shape on screen,what could this mean thOugh?...I'm trying to fix this by reseting my phone to factory settings but it still hapens after a while.

i have the exact same poblem since the day i bought this phone i have to reboot it atleast 5 times a day cant download anything as it only eats the airtime this is the worst phone ever

Its frustrating as hell to work with, struggle to download with wi-fi and mobile data. have to take battery out every day because people struggle to get hold off you. HTC phone was much better. feel like smashing samsung 100 times a day or when ever you have to make or receive a call. No flash on camera. Really disappointed.

I lock my phone with a pattern , after too many touches is blocked. now only to make the emergency call, is asking me to enter my goggle account but to no avail, what is the hint to unblock the thing ?

emgee, 21 Sep 2013too many attempts to unlock the security pattern, now it do... moreIf u hvnt gat de ansa yet, ul hv to wipe yo phone n start afresh dats wt I dd. Switch yo phone off den switch it on again and den hold de power,main and up button @de same time ol 3 together. Den choose factory settings from de options and use yo main/home utton to enter. Caution u gonna loose lot of staff including yo msgz. Good luck

DO NOT buy this phone!! It freezes constantly, does not receive calls, SMS's and you have to switch it off at least twice a day. Mine has beent to repairs since it's first week and its now 5 months later and I'm still struggling to get an exchange (thats another issue). You can forget receiving your e-mail on time and dont bother downloading android apps because then it just about explodes - honestly Samsung - I'm sorry, but I've NEVER had such a bad phone!

I have a s6800, it freezes several times a day and I am not aware of it until someone alerts me about my phone being off. I have to restart it all the time, sent it in 3 times for repairs and requested a new model - Samsung is prepared to replace it with a s7500. I would like to know if this will be an improvement or if this phone also give problems? By the way when I gave it in the last time, a customer at the next booth had exactly the same problem.??? is the model faulty?
