Anonymous, 14 May 2013can not connect to my lap top using USBOn the top of your screen where you see notifications pop up, open the USB notification and click connect USB storage. Ideally the computer will pick up your phone.

Unlock your phone by following instructions :-)
1.Switch off your phone
2.Press volume button up+ lock screen button +main button
3. When it switches on you know that a text will come "Samsung galaxy ace s6800",keep pressing the 3 keys which i mentioned in point no.2 till the text comes.
4. after3 -4 seconds the text will go had the screen will become black.
5. When the screen willbecome black immediately leave the the become 3 buttons
6. Then a system opens , u cannot use the system by touching the screen, you know should use volume button for up and down and main button for selecting
7. Select "reboot system now"
8.then your phone switches on within 1 min
9.when the phone switches on the password will not come,you just have to swipe screen to unlock. It will work 100percent . Try your best
