Great phone for the low price. The only thing I think should have been improved is the camera and screen resolution.

Anonymous, 02 Sep 2014how is internet speed in this phone is it fast and does thi... moreHave had the phone for just over a week, capable of LTE Speeds, in my market I have seen upward of 30 MBPS down and 20 MBPS up, its so fast where I live that I can't tell the difference bewteen wifi and wireless data(I have forgot to turn wifi on at home. At work I find I turn wifi off as mobile network is faster than my works capped wifi network. Its better than my S2 it replaced and the battery last forever, never been below 60% charging once a day, but I am not a heavy user(reading, chess, puzzles, calendar, etc...)

Great for a simple smart phone without spending a lot of money like its predecessor. Not too big in size so great for a females hand and too store in your pocket for travel.

this phone and the galaxy core lte are almost the same. same size, chipset and camera res. but the internal memory size and ram of the galaxy core lte is only 8gb rom/1gb ram, while the avant is 16gb rom/1.5gb ram. question, can i flash the firmware of galaxy avant on galaxy core lte?
