I have this camera issue,when i open the camera it's just black,yes just black screen and i need to restart the phone in order to fix it,and after 3-4 hours it's going back to black screen camera,that sucks

Picked up this phone in Sept. 2014, shortly after it came out. Ok for the price, did everything I needed it to. Over time, it seemed to get quirky; restarting randomly and freezing. I may have tried to load it up with too many apps, not sure. Calls were good and the speaker was good. For me the camera was a bit disappointing, not real good low light resolution, but then it's a budget phone. You kinda get what you pay for. But overall, I'd say a good phone.

Ive had this phone for a good year now and I've always had issues with it. For instance, just watching Youtube for a good 30 minutes the phone starts to lag heavily and overheat. Just multitasking can get this phone over 100 degrees!
absolutely embarrassing, i just ordered a Nexus 5-D281 and waiting for it to arrive. Hopefully i've cleared things up

Mine was ok out the box. Pretty good phone for the mere 100 bucks I paid for it as a backup phone. Now with rooting and tuning, it's a right nice little phone. People unhappy with it should make it there own(root it) and adjust it to suit their needs. I've looked around and for the price, you'd be hardpressed to find more of a phone.

I thought I could use it with at&t but it turns out to be impossible. Bought it from a friend for only $75 now I cant even sell it for $50 it is in perfect condition. Nobody wants it. If anyone is thinking of purchasing one I will sell mine for $50.

Devic., HOWEVER, You do have a reason to bitch if the $150 + NEW Samsung Avant, you just bought, oh, thats after finding out the LG you got from same store & paid off mos early,has depreciated by 99%,in less than 5 mos. And the NEW is actually a "Certified" refurbished pre-owned, Device. It clearly states it on thier own site when I put in the model, seriel ect #'s. It also started having problems from day 1. I told them, the acted like I was to stupid to breath,said thst the cetified preowned was a glitch, ignore it. Then immediately changed it in the system, promised me a NEW one. NOPE. SO, I'VE BEEN TOLD "I'll nvr get new." And, while I try to transfer all my stuff, there threaten to chrgs me $450.... $for a used device not worth the $150-$75 already paid. How do they justify that price?

when I'm on a call and my phone screen is not locked my face is constantly pressing buttons. There will be times when I call someone and then my phone will call them while i'm on the phone with them still, putting the person on hold and then sending them another call. When I lock the phone screen the call is muted. Its extremely frustrating and I never had this problem with any other phones. It freaks out and I wouldn't mind chucking it against the wall.

I was given this phone by a friend because the little copper connectors for the Sim card is missing one of them so the phone is not able to be hooked up. All I use it for is for the WiFi and it works great. So I'm not sure what other people's issues are but I have a box of kleenex for you.

I really like phone but it likes to switch to different screens when im doing things for example ill be texting and it will randomly go to the internet and have somethins like click this and win something. or it will go to the play store and ask me to download an app.... any one have tis problem or know what i can do to fix it? please let me know!

I just got my Samsung galaxy Avant and my parents say its not a good phone but I think its okay but I'm not sure if it will be okay in the future when I use it reading all these opinions that all these people have wrote. So...... please help me!!!!!:(

got this back in april from a metro pcs store w/ rebates and such was only 88 bucks -the phone im sure is fine on ANOTHER carier but on metro it sux-i had a lg optimus that had way better signal strength where i live-will go back to lg round x mass prolly
