If you have the money,just go for the A5(2017)cause it has everything that the C7(2017)offers,sans the dual camera setup,the metal back(A5 2017 has a glass back),and a smaller screen(5.5 inch for C7 2017 vs 5.2 inch for the A5 2017).Aside from those A5(2017) has an IP68 water proofing resistance and also a very capable battery endurance

The J7+ here in the Philippines has the same specs stated here however, with ours, it has IPS LCD Capacitive Touchscreen and 5MP Front Camera.

The Mediatek P20 refrain me from buying this phone, if only Samsung power it with Snapdragon 630 or Exynos 7880 then is good to go.
