I thought to go with this. Since, after nougat update. Users are not reset their device. Go and try with that. Its working 100% now.

My c7 pro after nougat update it have charging problem,shut down mobile charging is well .when not shut down mobile is not charging.always my device text me moisture has been detected in your charger /usb port.please help me .......
