I have always considered Samsung as a good product but today i have to think 10 times before buying any Samsung smart phone because of its update policies..

I am using Samsung Galaxy C7 Pro from last month but my contacts are getting erased also instead of contact name it is showing number. Please let me kwn the fix.. Thanks in advance

This phone is 300usd for now. Battery not that big but battery life very good. Not perfect but very good. Sometimes I get 2 days usage and 12 hours screen on time. But under heavy usage daily I get 20hrs usage and 8.5 hours screen on time.
But there is problem of the phone still no update struggling with 6.0 after almost a year. And I noticed that after my gallery getting full of pictures and videos more than 20gb, browsing gallery getting very very slow. Seeing pictures like I'm using 1gb of ram phone. (I use 64gb version) I took it to Samsung they say all versions same here. Maybe Samsung used very low speed hard disk inside.
Generally phone speed ok. No lag issue. Screen very good and clear. Finger print once or twice in 10 times not working. But it's ok. Speakers stereo and strong enough. Fast charge working very well.
This phone worth for every penny except slow harddisk :) I love C7 Pro with very good battery life...

Samsung Galaxy c7 pro camera is very bad. Images of front and back both comes unnatural. Also there is no nougat update available. Samsung is cheating customers. 16 mega pixel front camera in low is worst thn redmi note 4..
