But you called customer care a month ago to get full software update for phone which got launch 3 months ago.. common sense answer will be that update is not available even testing takes more than 4-5months. But it doesn't mean that it will never update. Refering to A8 about to receive 7version and currently running on same as c7pro android 6.0.1. company takes 1-2month in advertisement of product and next 1-2 month response from market but you got selling response in just 2-3months faster then owner. Bravo..
