I purchased this phone in the month of august and yes the subway surfer game is working slow. then i disabled the power saving mode as how much i will save battery on a smartphone.lolzz....so the game subway surfer now working better but not upto the mark. However other games are working good like NFS most wanted 2012 which needs high graphics...camera is ok...battery not good not worst..only ok...i can say...i used other phones like sony, Micro max and other phones which comes under the same price or little higher,,but i find the phone is like 4 out of 5. which is good. We can only give u the hands on experience but money is yours so, u should research more and than go for any phone...let me know guys if you need more information about galaxy core..

sammy can only copy from others! As a res... moreI already have one. Good in browsing but so bad in playing games. Honestly...i'm disappointed...!
It even can't run subway surfer propperly, it wont stop laging....
core i8262 is behinde my son's advan e1b that only has 512(442) of ram capacity. Advan can run subway surfer very very very well.

In 12k range galaxy core good choic but in 15k range Xperia L best buddy. Wait till moto g after moto g will come the price will be 11k. Samsung fan use brain first :)

providing cheap plastic at same price on which every other company is providing aluminium phones!
buying sammy is just waste of money!

I am from Chittagong, Bangladesh. I have downloaded Samsung Kies from Samsung Website and do the installation according to the direction. Then I restart my computer and connect my phone to my computer through USB Cable. But unfortunately It couldn't trace my Phone.Friends Pls help me to resolve the problem.

Daydreamer, 16 Nov 2013can i transfer (installed app and games) from internal memo... moreno.. but if you root your Core then using directory bind you can transfer data folder to your memory card and still use apps.

I am using this phone for last 15 days...The phone has 1.2 GHz dual core processor coupled with Adreno 203 graphics unit & 1GB RAM which looks good on paper, but not at all good in real scenario . I am very much disappointed when I see my friend is playing Subway Surfers/ Temple Runner flawlessly with his I-ball..Could u imagine ..its I-ball with 512 MB of RAM and my Core is struggling so much with 1 GB of RAM to play the same game flawlessly.
Another problem I am facing is gets heated up very quickly even after watching video for a short time (5-10 minutes)
Only Camera and display are pretty good....so sorry not recomanded

Best phone with Latest Android in good price thanks to Samsung.
But I am not able to play HD videos above 720p and above............

Recently I have upgraded for Samsung GT-B7722 to Samsung Galaxy Core (I8260). I use to connect internet to my Laptop through the mobile phone. I usually call through Skype from Laptop.
After changing mobile I have not used internet to my Laptop for a month. Now I am using Skype from Laptop with help of Galaxy Core’s mobile internet.
I find very disturbing Skype call. Call is disconnecting very often. Call quality is also very low. As per my knowledge Galaxy Core is much higher/better mobile phone than GT-B7722. So, I guess it is not mobile related problem. I have tried Vodafone and Airtel internet connection.
Any idea why it is happening? Any kind of solution is welcome.

could someone help me to copy my contact list from ... moreYou can do with Bluetooth. On both devices bluetooth. Go to contact, send contact as name card via bluetooth.
Or if you use PC, install Samsung kies. Connect your Galaxy Core with PC. There is a option to transfer data from non-samsung mobile. Hope this is helpful for you.
