What should I buy, Samsung Galaxy Core or LG Optimus L7 II? I dont intend to play games or make hd videos, i just need a reliable smartphone.

awesome phone. a bit laggy n ram is 850 MB.it can play most of the games but graphics is not up to the mark n cannt play full hd videos.above average battery life n
good brand phone below 13000

I hear people asking and talking abt processor...wht is the use of having a kind of processor when is cannot utilise those specifications upto the mark,just wasting of resources,ie battery
