battery is very poor...no back up ..down in 5-6 hours when u r using applications... sometimes hang..u cant see contact list during calling.... i am using this phone since one year...plz dont take this phone...take phone with more battery back up at least 4000mAh...

Awesome mobile. I'm using this for past 1 year (I8262 metallic blue) , no hanging problems and any but one all the videos are not supporting so im using third party application, and also the 1020, hd resolution videos are not playing even third party apps also on this mobile.

I have been using this phone for the past 10 months. I haven't seen such type of worst phone. it is always hanging and it will do some operations itself automatically like selecting wallpaper from gallery etc. I need lock the phone and unlock to come out of the problem. some times when we want to reject/end call. it won't work as i told you i need lock and unlock to end/reject call.The worst experience i have had with this phone. I purchased this one worth 13,000 but samsung cheated us by releasing this type of phones

Can we ask samsung as we are alot of users to give any update to this phone like 4.2.2 we should make any effort as in alot of countries core plus , core advance and core lte didn't released ???? please we should ask samsung to do anything

Been using dis phone for 8 months...great phone...only that d phone hangs unneccesarily which can be annoying...but overall its a great phone..il give it a 7 over 10.

The phone is too hang, most probably while connected to internet. Can't even make a call on critical situations. Battery is also very weak.I'm using the phone for the last one year and I'm not satisfied. I will not suggest this phone to any one[not even to my enemies:)].
