Anonymous, 02 Dec 2014Can i take core 2.?it is nt outdatedNo, core 2 is worser than Core1...because it has a poor display, Chinese allwinner chipset (so it easily gets heated), core2 lacks proximity sensor..so, u will feel little difficulty while calling...if your budget is 7000 to 8000 and u need it for calling, texting, chatting, listening music and for casual photography, then u can buy it...but don't expect super performance or super display or super gaming experience

Galaxy core is an average phone..good for basic use...camera is very good...better than xperia L...speaker sound is low...it does not hang too much..I face 4/5 times hanging problem in one month.so not a big issue..but when I connct to wifi and start some downloads, then it becomes slow...I am using this phone for 8 months..I want to say that galaxy core is a good phone for basic user but not ideal one for power user..some thingsbin galaxy core really disappointed me--
1) it doesn't record hd videos and also it doesn't play hd videos directly. We need third party players like mx player..but they too can not play 720p smoothly..forget abt 1080p
2) battery back up is poor..I use internet all the time.so obviously the battery will drain quickly. But my complaint is that this phone doesn't have proper deep sleep.the battery drains too much over the night while not using.
3) gamimg performance is worst as it has a stone aged adreno 203 gpu..nothing to say abt this..it is obvious
4) no update is available. ..still stucked at ancient jb4.1.2
At last I jst want to tell u "don't buy this phone.because at this time this phone is outdated.it has old hardwares and softwares.go for recently launched phones"

when i open the camera it says camera failed, then i restart the phone and the camera is working fine, and it happens over and over again..... what is going on?

Fareed 4m sedam, 29 Nov 2014Hi guys iam using core since 4 months its very good handset... more you are absolutely right bro..samsung is samsung. i have used many brand many handsets..but no one can beat samsung..its true that sony s z series is also good but still note 2 3 4 and edge series are just remarkeble..and about core, its better than core 2, and those whomes crying about their phns got hangs etc. i dnt think they have proper knowledge ,how to maintain a smartphones.. in this time a rikshaw driver or a swiper s can make chat with watsaap. but the point is if somebody tell them plz clear u r cache memory they might be fall from sky..

Hi guys iam using core since 4 months its very good handset in my handset have more than 30 apps so it runs smooth and plz dnt forget to install clean master its very imp app and clean ram daily once...it never hangs...battery backup is average. ...

[deleted post]Dont comment such nonsense. You may not have used ur galaxy core in well manner. For me its great. Gives a better camera battry backup and it never hangs for me. gione is good but never up to mark of samsung. I have used gionee elife 5.5. Such a bad phone. So go and first study how to use a phone

Hello guys.....don't ever buy this phone. It always hangs and no hd video support. This phone is very irritating me. Do not buy samsung phones in your life. All samsung phones looks same and keeps on hanging. I am going to throw this phone and I will buy a new gionee smartphone.
