galaxy core is good, only one problem. can't tether it with my windows 8 laptop. how do i tether it with windows 8? help anyone?

Just got this phone for 14500. But later I got to know that the showroom price is 14800. Should've got frm d showroom(Pune). My primary requirement was to have a dual sim android phone under 4.5'. And honestly, this is the only choice for those requirements. The HTCs had lesser RAMs and were pricier. Micromax etc. were out of question.
Its been only a few hours since I got the phone. Have only tried the smart stay and face unlock yet. Both work fine.
I remember reading somewhere about u not being able to see what you type, or something like that. I did not see that kind of an issue anywhere.
Great dual sim phone. If you want a single sim phone, there r a few more options to take a look at.

Hi guys, I am satisfied with all the reviews and comments about this phone. But I heard that audio output from speake is somewhat low. Is it very low compared to other phones or is it fine?
