The thing Mr. Goldberg mentioned is right that core 1 is better than core 2... its not the about the kitkat os or jellybean os... its that core has 1gb of ram rather than the core 2 with just 768mb ram... also the core has a proximity sensor which is not provided in core 2... but the core 2 has a advanced version of touchwiz than core... even though I hate it... but there maybe some people who like it.... finally even though the core 2 has a quad core processor over the dual core processor but it if it would have proximity sensor and a gb of ram than it would beat the galaxy core.....

This is nice phone with a 1gb ram. After the software update on 11/9/14 the phone has become super fast. I wouldn't like to say that it lags while I play games like subway surfers and temple run oz and 2. I'm sorru

I was using it with single sim and even in winters it would be soo warm.. motorola may not have sufficient service centres here but the phone is perfect and the agressiveness shown by motorola to make the phone perfect is remarkable.... its not samsung who just created the phone and than forgot about it...

goldberg, 10 Sep 2014mr.nfc, u think i dont have any knowledge about mobiles.. i... moreHei dude you should research about kitkat well/why you are giving some misinformations?/who said you that kitkat need 1.5 gb ram?/micromax, karnonn, lava, xolo, sony, motorola and even your beloved Samsung have released some kitkat phones which has 256 mb ram or 512 ram///google already claim that they have optimised kitkat to run on low ram or low end hardwares..galaxy core or other available phones which have 512 ram/1 gb ram are not getting kitkat, because they are old.and ther is a rule that all manufacturers support a phone for 18 months.during this period, a phone gets one or two os update.all manufacturers follow it.but I don't know why Samsung didn't provide any os update to galaxy core.
and dude, you are claiming that you have knowledge about mobiles.can I test your knowledge?

goldberg, 10 Sep 2014mr.nfc, u think i dont have any knowledge about mobiles.. i... moreI am agree with nfc.mr.goldberg,you really don't about mobiles.when kitkat was released, google announced that they have optimised kitkat for low end hardwares.that is why at present time some 49 dollars phone with 256 mb ram are running kitkat smoothly. Even Samsung has released some kitkat phones such as galaxy star advance, galaxy sduos3 which has only 512 ram.
After reading your all comments, I feel that you know no nothing about mobiles.but you are so proudy and don't know appreciate others' knowledge. You like samsung,okay.we have no problem. But atleast recommend some new Samsung phones to people.why you are recommending a old phone like galaxy core of which 18 months support period will be ended in october?? After no update, fix or support will be available for galaxy core.that means Samsung will abandoned core in october.

Gsm arena didn't mention the gpu make and u thought core2 doesn't hv gpu...ha ha ..u make me laughed..core2 has MALI MP4 GPU..core2 has 768 mb ram..However it is better than core1...becoz core2 has kitkat os...and kitkat is most stable android os and it is optimised to run on low end phones...I dont like core2. .but it is better than core1
