One thing is true that samsung concentrates on quantity, not on quality...thatz why they manufactured lots of phone with bad quality and bcoz of lots of phones they hv no time care their customers. .so they dont provide updates to their phones..they prefer only high end phones Which r above 25000 to 55000.....galaxy grand 2 which beginning price was 23500(apprx)..still not getting kitkat.... if samsung dont care of their phones above 20000...then what we galaxy core can users expect????...we can expect a big zero...he he he!!!

Hitesh, 15 Jul 2014Features of galaxy core are very good.. i like its features... moreHow can u say galaxy core has good features.????..I hv bought it from a local for rs 13000 3 months ago...I was in hurry..so just bought without researching abt it....now i m deeply regrating ...because at a price 13000 I would hv got better phone..its price is too much for the specifications it provides..i only like its slim style ...jst think galaxy core cant play 720 videos, but low cost phones like lumia520, moto E,, canvas unite2,canvas engage, sony e1 and many more can play 720p videos..and these phones r priced below 7000 or 6000...now how we can accept that galaxy core( which price is 13000 in local store) cant play 720p videos...another example, galaxy core has adreno 203 gpu, which is very old..a good gpu is required to play graphics intensive games....now see what samsung giving us at a price of 13000..a old adreno203 gpu!!!! Manufacturer s like micromax uses adreno203 gpu in its phones, which r below 5000...ha ha ha........galaxy core does nt hv a light sensor , which is very important to control the screen brightness in outdoor..my old micromax ninja 5 has it.!!!!!..moreover the big thing is that galaxy core didnt got a single os update from its release in july,2013..core is still running jb4.1.2 after which 8 updates r released...during the 18 months of support period a manufacturer should give one or two os updates for its android phone. .but samsun is violating this rule by not giving any os os update to galaxy core during last one year...now can we say galaxy core os giving good features at this price, while we can get better phone at this price? ?????????????

Features of galaxy core are very good.. i like its features.. but there is a problem in this phone is that 720 p videos are not playing.......

Let me know please What do u mean???I cant understand...galaxy core has jellybean 4.1.2...which is very old...after jellybean 4.1.2, following os updates are released--
1)jellybean 4.2.1,
2) jellybean 4.2.2
3)jellybean 4.3,
4)kitkat 4.4.1,
5)kitkat 4.4.2,
6)kitkat 4.4.3,
7)kitkat 4.4.4 and
8)Now ANDROID L ( Lollypop 5 )
Now think yourself, where we galaxy core users are!!!
We r running jb4.1.2 behind 8 os...so sad...android hv 18 months of support period.. during this period the manufacturer should provide one or two major os updates ..but galaxy core didnt got any os update during 1 year and it has only 6 months of support period left...samsung already declared that no phone with 1 gb ram get kitkat..so a big no to Galaxy core..and I m sure there is a very less chance of jb4.2.2 for galaxy core..looks like Samsung abandoned galaxy core...samsung really cheated us....please dont waste your valuable money on such a looser phone....go for MOTO G..its price is only 12500 ...and u will get much more than your expectations. .it is a super phone with super display,, super hardwares.it already got kitkat 4.4.2 and it is going to get upcoming Android L os..Motorola confirmed it on 7th July. ...moto G rocks

[deleted post]We cant compare moto g with galaxy core...moto g is a premium phone at the same price tag...galaxy core is nowhere infront of moto g.....MOTO G, a 12 k phone got kitkat 4.4.2 ...and now moto G is going to get latest os ANDROID L...motorola confirms it on 7 th july...amazing na..so much support for 12k phone..we galxy core users still stucked at ancient jb4.1.2....ha ha..samsung..go to hell

I humbly request to all friends not to buy any Samsung phone under 20000...becoz Samsung does not provide updates for midrange phones..and these phones also hv poor specifications. .I know my galaxy core is not upto the mark..grand neo is not a good phone too...it has only 186ppi pixel density..for which its display clarity is bad..I saw letters on its keypad r blurry...moreover it has no light sensor..how can u believe a phone of 16000 rupees has no light sensor..??? .if u really want to use Samsung. .then go for Samsung high end phones

Anonymous, 12 Jul 2014how come that this mobile won't get an kitkat update? it ha... moreSamsung has already declared that no phone with 1 gb ram will get kikat..so pathetic after sale service of Samsung. ..I hv used sony xperia L Last year and it got jb 4.2.2 and lots of improvement updates and sony apps updates..and it is going to recieve jb4.3 for sure..and may b kitkat too..moreover, many popular kitkat custom roms like carbon rom, pac man, omni rom, cyanogen mod11 already gave kitkat experience on xperia L...but we galaxy core users hv nothing...no official support. .no unofficial support. ..such a looser we are!!!

Its a worst one in Samsung products.
I purchased it before one month.
No battery backup, hanging and board short.
Worst service centers
Dont buy and dont waste money and time.
