AnonD-264315, 08 Jul 2014No way...turning on sync can never save your battery..it wi... morei keep it when im offline and online. i dont have wi-fi nor the mobile data turned on, i prefer offline mode. But when i turn that sync on, sometimes i restart the pgone and i can really see the improovements in battery life. Over night from a 100% it would drop between (not sure here) 90-95%, with sync on it goes only down to 96-98%, im serious!

AnonD-260735, 08 Jul 2014Turn the Automatic sync on and keep it on all the time, it ... moreNo way...turning on sync can never save your battery..it wil rather drain your battery more..because if u keep it on..it will use mobile data time to time and hence will drain your battery...better to manually check your mails...may b some other thing saving your battery and you dont know....ane one important thing is that most of the third party battery savers dont really saves battery..rather they drain more..and dont install any task killer as they consumes more battery. .u can use go battery saver..I noticed..before installing it my battery drops 100% to 83-84% over the night..but after installing go battery saver battery drops only by 2-3%.....

Turn the Automatic sync on and keep it on all the time, it improoves the battery life, for me it does, i hope the same for you!

I think its the sim which is old and ur phone doesnt support it, I know that it gets supported by other phones try changing ur sim and if its still the problem then send ur phone to the warranty. I am also using this phone. I hope this solves ur problem.
