its an over all great phone but the gaming performance is laggy. Most of the games lag but it supports all kind of games.

Hones... moredear i think check your cable code which is you pluged while charging if their wil be shown its charging somtimes not either change your charging cable or try it because i used since last 1 year i doesnt get problem with this phone this phone is good with low cost and good specification

This is the worst phone I have ever bought... ever... Honestly my time is not worth typing this review but for the grater good I will do... hard earned cash just a waste...
Bought a galaxy Core Dual SIM in SL, lasted one month no issue (yeah not the fastest or the best but hey it worked). Then came the issue, not charging intermittently for few days and then stopped charging at all. Basically it DOES NOT charge. Took back 3 times (under warranty, only one month old), asked for a replacement but was told 'NO'. Was told, Samsung policy is not to replace but to repair if under warranty. What is happening to consumer Laws for shitty products like these.... So they tried repairing (3 times, I have records) but still the same, not charging. A waste of my TIME, Money, Efforts, All. I am an engineer who needs to be on-call, and so my phone needs to be something that can send SMSs and Make Phone calls.
This device is not able to deliver this coz it just cannot charge.
To Conclude : I personally will never in my life ever buy a Samsung Phone ever again or advice someone to do so. Either Apple or Nokia all the way. Well sincerely, good luck to any one who invests in one!

man even the camera was great compared to this phone which nothing special on it...
but for design i guess that HTC much more suitable for girl IMO

Phone overheats very fast when gaming. U can clearly see that it runs games good but there is unnecessary lag very, very often. U can move ur apps to memory card which really anoy me. When trying to play HD videos it lags really really hard which makes it impossible to view hd videos. Its good for its price and easy to use. But some things really piss me off. Although i dont regret getting this phone,

Just bought it and it just Laggy wether using stock launcher or after market launcher like nova or solo...
The animation between pages are laggy, seriously.
Even the Play Store are laggy too...
And i got Galaxy W and Tab 2 7.0 and compared to this both my old devices seems faster on menu... But i already root both devices and install a custom rom :D
For the price it's pretty decent...
Overall one word from me, LAGGY.
And yes CAMERA SUCKS
