*Revised* (btw just a correction on the previous review. I meant 480p not 420)
My first venture into the world of Android :-D Been using this for seven months now. It's a pretty decent phone. Sure, in this day and age its screen size and resolution don't scream high end but for casual users looking for a budget phone that covers all the basics the Galaxy Core's performance will be more than satisfactory. Its camera is ok, pics taken in proper lighting look sharp for 5mp and video recording is good at 480p.
On another note, I wouldn't recommend this to people looking for heavy gaming or high quality videos. While the adreno 203 gpu handles a good chunk of basic games like Candy Crush, Angry Birds and Temple Run smoothly you'll notice a lot of lag when playing the more graphic intensive ones. Video playback maxes out at 480p and although I found that it is *technically* possible to play 720p videos through apps like VLC Player suffice it to say that the quality looks just awful and fragmented.
I should also comment on the weak battery life. Because it runs out of juice real quick I usually have to charge the Core two to three times a day after three to five hours of heavy usage.
Regarding the dual sim functionality I can't comment on that as haven't checked it out yet.
While comparing the Core to other alternatives like the cheaper Lumia 520 (or 525) or the beast Moto G you'll notice that it fails miserably in certain departments. The Lumia 520 for example has a superior gpu (Adreno 305 I think) and can play videos above 480p smoothly. Similarly the Moto G just kills the core in multiple areas (screen resolution, video recording, cpu, gpu) though I should mention that these phones suffer from a couple of drawbacks of their own (lumia 520 lacks a secondary camera, no flash, lesser ram and doesn't have the same amount of customization found in android while external memory aka removable storage is absent Moto G and its battery is non removable).
The Core imo is not the best but certainly not the worst. I got it for Rs. 12,400 last year so its probably gonna be priced around 10 -11 grand at the moment. But do check out all its specs and alternatives before purchasing it so you know it's what you want.

@sim call !yes your right but If i am making call from contacts it must have ask weather the call must go from sim1 or sim2 but it was not asking . It was big defect in samsung galaxy core . I have called to samsung technical customer care people. they are also saying that is the defect on core mobile. They told me in future they will rectify that
