You may use Video Call by using icon in the contact (there is "Video Call")
If you experience hangs with your smartphone, please immediately bring it to service centers or store where you bought it. Some store provides one week "new replacement" for their promotion. Even, some stores extent the period if you are willing more bucks to the store. Any model has possibilities of malfunction like that.
Core? It's a good smartphone :)

I bought 1week ago. Samsung core phones hanged when I turn on camera..nd still camera will not load and I have to restart my phone.
It get hitting during power charge..
I m nt satisfied with this phone.

Xperia L is priced higher but is a good Phone...
but if u want a phone at the same price range, Xperia M is a great alternative.
better CPU, GPU, SoC.. resulting in a better and overall smooth performance

i bought core 3 days ago.it hangs all time browsing photos..i sent it back to samsung in alexandria egypt to check..they said wait 1 week to repair..if not repaired it be replaced with another
