Blue Chan, how do i update from 4.2.2. to 4.4.2? I tried with automatic actualization but nothing happens like it is up to date.

Griffin, 16 Nov 2015But install when needed and then delete...Don't bother installing it, using it and then deleting it.. Simply install an first generation APP of theirs that is still updated before CM became the bloat/adware monster it is today. Install CM Speed Booster, which puts to sleep memory hog APP which aren't being used but still hog memory. It has a built in junk cleaner. With the Core's 1/1.5 Gb ram, having an APP to free up as much RAM as possible is a very good idea.

Anonymous, 07 Aug 2015I recommend Clean Master. It helps towards cleaning your junkClean Master by CM isn't as great as it claims to be. First off it is bloatware and comes with a lot of unwanted hidden surprises. Secondly if you root your phone and give Clean Master root access, you might as well throw your phone away as Clean Master's suggestions to clean unwanted stuff it claims was unwanted ended up bricking my phone. I lost all basic functions including making out bound calls. I could receive calls but I couldn't make any. In the end I had to grab a 3rd party version of 4.2.2 and loaded that into my phone to get function back.
There is an APP of theirs that does the same job as Clean Master. An older APP which is not advertised as part of their new CM family, but it is written/owned by them. Look for and install, "CM Speed Booster"... it has ZERO bloatware, no ads and software suggestions. Though it was meant to make phones go faster when they are lagging, it also has a built in junk cleaner which only cleans junk files and does not touch system IDK and APK files. Unlike Clean Master which suggests some IDK files are not used because nothing accessed them according to their database and not actual usage.
CM Speed Booster works by putting memory hog and not in use APP's into sleep mode to keep them from stealing focus and sucking battery power. Also it frees RAM so your phone works faster and it cleans junk left behind by other APP's. It is no longer suggested by the rest of the CM family because it has no bloatware, no ads and no suggestions, but it is still updated regularly.

The old Samsung Kies 2/3 program is no longer used by Samsung to interface with their devices. The new program is called, "Smart Switch", and it also installs the required Samsung USB drivers when the program installs.

The more uncommon or less purchased model any phone is, the more expensive their replacement batteries are. My last phone the 3rd party batteries were as low as $4 CAD. My current Core LTE... the average 3rd party battery price is $20 CAD.
But I did find a solution, evidently the EB-L1L7LLU battery which was meant for the Samsung Galaxy Core Duos can be used to replace the Samsung Galaxy Core LTE's EB-L1L7LLA. The Galaxy Core Duos is a dual SIM card version of the Galaxy Core LTE and their batteries are as low as $9 CAD.

It means the phone can send and receive radio signals for wireless RF devices like the latest mobile phone controlled RC toys (helicopters, cars, boats etc... ).
