internet from Ghana.??? Now,I am using EDGE, it's boring.
Is this possible to use 3G in Ghana,however it's 4G
mobile???

Your phone is in driving mode - I have the same phone and it happpens albeit seldom. Here is the solution:
go to settings-
language and input-
txt to speech output-
driving mode-
uncheck driving mode if checked-
problem solved!

I have had this phone for a year and a half, and it is garbage. The user of the phone only gets about 900 MB of storage to themselves. The back was scratched up within a month. The screen is easily chiped and scratched. The camera lens is made of plastic, so it is now covered in scratches. The bluetooth, mobile hotspot, and a few other features dont work anymore. It goes into bootloop by itself(no custom rom). It will restart randomly. There is a darker spot in the middle of the screen. The touches are not very accurate. It lags like nothing else(my hp laptop from 1999 runs faster). This is a great first phone, but it is so out dated that it simply cant stand up to modern phone standards.

RobNY, 07 Nov 2015I had the phone since new, It great pictures quality and vi... moreI just had an old one enabled on my plan because my other phone died, it is using my 32gb SD card just fine. But still, this is only temp. A good little phone, I'll keep it for a backup.

I had the phone since new, It great pictures quality and video quality. Don't have problem with calls dropping hardly ever. My only problem it does not read my Micro SD 32gb I was told later that the max is 16gb. I feel is hard to hear sometimes earn could have been better. overall for the money this phone has been great to me. I actually still have it and fgoing to try a 16gb memory. I'm shopping for a new phone now.

Calls drop. Can't voice text more than 6 words and it stops transcribing. During conversation, the phone is beeping & clicking, then miscellaneous numbers appear on the screen, and all of a sudden the call is dropped. Constantly getting messages that Google cannot to something or other. IT IS THE WORST. I should have kept my flip phone!!!! All I want is something simple but workable!!!! CANNOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE.

I love this phone but only one problem. It has low internal storage and I can't move my apps to the SD card. I wish there was a way

I HATE this phone. The touch screen is horrible. I have to press certain areas on the phone very hard for it to accept my command. Other times, like if I am on a phone call, the call is disconnected because my earring ends the call or selects an auto prompt. I now have a NEW problem. The phone ( even when its on vibrate only) will announce that I have a text or email from so and so. I have tried endlessly to figure out why this is happening. It was not doing this and it started up one day after I charged the phone. MY PHONE IS A HUGE PEICE OF JUNK!!!!!!!! wouldn't give it away to my worst enemy !!!!!

Every time I try to access Instagram via Twitter I get the "Choose Application" and every time I choose "Always" it gives me a message to reset my default in application manager> all. I have done this a hundred times! still the same message. Also when I go to each application and check the defaults it says "no defaults for this application" and the button next to it is disabled. Any ideas? I've tried everything.

I've had this phone for about 2 years now and i can say I really like it . It's a really great phone if the internal memory was larger then i would probably use it for as long as possible . I got kind of mad when i turned it on and found out that my memory was 1.34 gb . I wouldn't recommend it to someone who wants a lot of spaces to download lots of apps . I think it was meant to suite people who just use there phone to call and contact people on social media not for games .

Phone is quite good. Just need to "upgrade" its software to cyanogenmod (I can suggest CM11) and a partitioned external sd card with Link2SD app to put all your apps there. Done :) !

The internet it's always on edge/2G. I don't think this phone can ever use 3G/HSDP and I want to upgrade to 4.2.2. How can I go about it.
